We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Law Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Law team, you will be responsible for assisting our lawyers with a diverse range of commercial transactions and litigation cases.
Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents, liaising with clients and Courts, arranging appointments, conducting legal research, preparing briefs for barristers, data entry, filing and general administration.

Who you are
- Have minimum 12 months experience in commercial litigation and/or commercial/business legal transactions as a paralegal/legal assistant/secretary/law clerk;
- Can work full-time 5 days/week (preferable) or absolute minimum no less than 4 days/week;
- Have outstanding communication and client-service skills;
- Are hungry to advance your career in the commercial law field long-term.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about commercial law.
Key requirements include:
