The Royal Australasian College of Physicians is seeking a highly skilled Training and Accreditation Specialist to join their team.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves managing and coordinating the annual accreditation cycle for training settings. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on accreditation processes, mentor and train team members, coordinate administrative tasks, and facilitate collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on accreditation requirements
  • Mentor and train team members to build a cohesive and effective team
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and facilitate collaboration across teams
  • Organise logistics for site visits, including travel arrangements and meeting preparations
  • Manage documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require professional experience in accreditation and/or management of medical or other education/health programs. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and high-level organisational skills.
