Senior Client Experience Manager

Our business is seeking an experienced Client Service professional to drive the delivery of exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-touch, low-volume processes and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, providing support to advisers with client maintenance.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including wrap platforms, lenders, superannuation funds, fund managers, insurers, and share registries.
  • Record client requests, conversations, messages, and work completed to enable adviser monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets for IPOs, capital raisings, and entitlement offers.
  • Coordinate meetings and events as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, strategies, and regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment to deliver outstanding client service.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in financial planning.
  • Strong XPLAN experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
