Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing pre- and post-contract duties, including reviewing design consultants' drawings, estimating and cost planning, inputting into value engineering, and conducting cost checks and progress claim assessments.

You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including education, retirement living, and commercial fitouts, new builds, and refurbishments. You will be part of a collaborative and innovative environment where you can learn and become multi-sector skilled.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to accurately quantify and cost construction elements. They will also have a clear understanding of cost planning stages and principles, as well as experience working with Microsoft Office suite and CostX or similar software.
