About the Role

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our Retail Hospitality team as Event Day Kiosk and Bar Attendants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate kiosks and bars during events and games, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic food hygiene and safety knowledge.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
