Job Title: Material Handling Operator

This role is an opportunity to be a part of our logistics team, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading of palletised materials from trucks and warehouse racks
  • Liaising with customers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Completing basic paperwork and administrative tasks as required
  • Assisting with manual tasks such as cleaning and maintaining equipment and tools

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A valid forklift operator licence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Genuine commitment to full-time working hours with strong reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work well in team environments with excellent communication skills
  • Strong initiative and willingness to take on new responsibilities with a focus on safety in the workplace

We are seeking an individual with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role who is willing to relocate to Ballarat, VIC before starting work. The successful candidate will have a competitive hourly rate and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
