The OpportunityWe are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our dynamic and professional Resources Operations Team as Fly-In-Fly-Out Utilities. Reporting to the onsite Department Managers, the primary objective of these roles is to effectively complete all cleaning and catering operations within our remote village camps, exceeding customer expectations while meeting contractual agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, storage areas, and other areas within the village
- Stripping and sealing of floors
- Ensuring resident room supplies are replenished
- Cleaning of bathrooms
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, removing rubbish, and other cleaning duties as required
- Previous experience in a FIFO Housekeeping, Dining Room, Tavern, or Kitchen will be highly regarded
- Previous hospitality and/or cleaning experience and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work a FIFO roster from Perth Airport
- Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one and medically fit to pass pre-employment medical
- Supportive on-site leaders and off-site P&C team to support your work
