Childcare Centre Director

We are seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead our childcare centre and drive excellence in every aspect of the operation.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and dedicated professional with a strong background in early childhood education and leadership experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team and contribute to providing high-quality care and education to children.
About the Role- Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
- Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
- Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Effective management of staff performance and wellbeing.
- Development and implementation of educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Collaboration with parents and the community to build strong relationships and achieve shared goals.
- ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
