**Dance Teaching Opportunity: Grow Your Career with Us**

We are seeking a skilled dance teacher to join our team as the Head of Dance. This role offers a chance to develop your skills, grow into a leadership position, and inspire creativity in students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach classes across various age groups and styles, working closely with assistant teachers.
- Mentor dancers, helping them progress and reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure smooth operations and set high standards.
- Contribute to program development, including Tap, Musical Theatre, RAD Ballet, and more.
- Support key events throughout the year, such as mid-year and end-of-year shows, dress rehearsals, photo days, and community events.

Your Qualifications:**

- A passionate teacher with 3+ years of experience in Jazz, Hip-hop, Acrobatics, and Contemporary dance.
- Someone who strives to continuously learn and grow, embracing lifelong learning principles.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, treating the role as if running your own business by overseeing creative teaching and fostering meaningful relationships with students and families.
