Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to start your career journey with a global mobility solutions provider. As a Rental Operations Agent, you will be involved in all aspects of our operations, from interacting with customers at the counter to preparing vehicles for their next journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter
  • Completing rental transactions, bookings, and contracts
  • Promoting our products and services
  • Inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness
  • Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards
What We're Looking For
  • A full and valid Australian driver's licence
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
