The Role |
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Sydney. This position will collaborate closely with respected Partners who specialize in:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions;
  • Equity & Debt Capital Markets;
  • Corporate Advisory;
  • Joint Ventures;
  • Commercial Arrangements;
  • Corporate Governance;
  • Restructures; and
  • General Commercial Contracts.

This opportunity offers the chance to work on complex M&A transactions and corporate advisory matters with a mid-market focus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing M&A transactions with autonomy;
  • Collaborating with junior lawyers and specialist practice areas within the firm;
  • Drafting due diligence reports and reviewing contracts;
  • Providing innovative legal advice to clients;
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Analyzing complex legal issues and developing practical solutions;
  • Ensuring excellent attention to detail and high-quality output.

We offer a competitive salary package around $150,000 - $250,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working, parental leave, flu vaccinations, study assistance, and more.
