About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Speech Pathology Supervisor. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and providing clinical supervision to our team of Speech Pathologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of NDIS clients in community settings, such as homes, schools, and day programs.
  • Develop and implement speech pathology services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior Speech Pathologists.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Current SPA Registration (or pending).
  • Full Australian working rights (or pending).
  • Prior experience in community, private or acute settings.
  • Access to a vehicle and a current driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
