Estimated Salary Range: $30.61 - $38.26 per hour + Super + Phone Allowance
Job Description: As a Senior Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our aged community, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment
- Assisting with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits
- Providing social support, transport to lifestyle activities, and emotional support
- Personal care, including medication management, assisting with mobility, and therapy goals
- Respite and complex care for customers with high care needs
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience as a support or care worker, with previous experience essential but no certifications or qualifications needed
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role
- Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs
