We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused team member to join our LEGO Certified Store as a Casual Sales Associate.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert product knowledge and support to customers in store.
- Engaging with children and families to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
- Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintaining a high level of merchandise presentation and visual standards throughout the store.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and stand for long periods.
