Customer Service Team Member

We are seeking part-time and casual customer service team members to enhance our hospitality experience at Bayleaf Cafe in Wagga Wagga.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the front area to meet health and safety standards
  • Assisting with daily operations, including taking orders and serving customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Prepare high-quality beverages and serve food with excellence
  • Support the dessert cook with food preparation and presentation

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service
