Job Title: Customer Advisor

Overview

A part-time role based in our Wangaratta Branch is now available. This fixed-term contract will last for six months and requires you to work five days a week.

  • Monday to Thursday 9am to 4:30pm
  • Friday 9am to 5:30pm

This position allows you to be the first point of contact for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do. You will also assist customers with identifying the most suitable products and services, including account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.

The Hours

You will join our team in this role on a part-time basis, working five days per week. Your specific hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 4:30pm and Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

In this role, you will:

  • Support our customers by being their primary point of contact and ensuring they receive a seamless experience every step of the way.
  • Assist customers with finding the best products and services, including account opening and lending transactions.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate self-service and digital options to customers to enhance their banking experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to advance your career.
