Key role in driving the success of an online liquor warehouse, focusing on inventory management and customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage leadership experience in retail, e-commerce, and/or warehousing to drive results and grow with a business.

As a key member of the Liquor team, you will contribute to a welcoming and inspiring customer experience through our online distribution network.

  • Proven operations/logistics/warehousing/inventory management experience
  • Experience within the day-to-day operations of a large format retail, e-commerce/online or warehousing site
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams with the ability to coach team members while supporting financial and service KPIs
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead inventory management initiatives to achieve key targets and enable high product availability, stock accuracy, growth, and successful fulfilment of online customers' orders
  2. Take pride in contributing to a customer experience that's welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members, and community
  3. Promote a one-team culture that recognises and celebrates success
  4. Maintain Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards
Requirements:
  1. Proven operations/logistics/warehousing/inventory management experience
  2. Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, manage, and influence stakeholders effectively
