Project Coordinator Role

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the success of construction projects, working closely with project teams to drive and coordinate various processes.

  • Maintain project timelines by managing submittal approvals, coordinating timely material delivery, and tracking budgets.
  • Manage work schedules, design changes, and plan revisions with project stakeholders.
  • Regularly consult field operations, vendors, and subcontractors on project scope.
  • Review project requirements, adjust scopes, analyze specifications, and track contract pay items on a daily basis.
  • Update project timelines with input from Field Operations per contract specifications.
  • Compile subcontractors' bids and estimates, distributing contract documents for Management input.
  • Collaborate with and report directly to Project Management.
  • Oversee and ensure Safety Policies are followed, prioritizing everyone's safety.
