This exciting opportunity has become available due to the continued growth of our organisation. As part of our industry-leading Group Training Organisation (GTO), you'll play a vital role in guiding, mentoring, and supporting apprentices and trainees as they build their careers.

Our dynamic and rewarding Apprenticeship and Traineeship Career Developer role is perfect for a natural relationship-builder with a passion for helping others succeed. You understand the vital role that apprenticeships and traineeships play in strengthening Australia's workforce—especially within the timber, building, and hardware industries.

You may already have experience working with a GTO or a keen interest in how GTOs support skills development across industries. You thrive in a people-focused role, where every day brings variety, new conversations, and the chance to make a real difference.
