About the Role

This role involves providing personal care to residents in a residential aged care setting.

You will assist with daily activities and provide support with personal care needs, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support residents with daily activities such as grooming, mobility, and continence management
  • Deliver high-quality care that meets best practice standards
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to achieve resident outcomes
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment
Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies
  • Have prior experience as a personal carer in aged care (preferable)
  • Be committed to delivering personalised holistic care that supports residents in achieving their goals and having their needs met
  • Be available to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
