Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices within our centre, ensuring that our children receive the highest quality care and education.

About the Role

The Educational Leader will be responsible for leading and managing the educational programs and practices within the centre, including the development and implementation of curriculum and assessment strategies. You will work closely with the centre leadership team to ensure that our educational programs are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the educational programs and practices within the centre
  • Develop and implement curriculum and assessment strategies
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to ensure alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to support their professional development
  • Contribute to the development of centre policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
  • Current WWVP Card (Employee)
