Job Description- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, budget, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.
- Run agile ceremonies and support the IT applications team, fostering collaboration and driving project momentum.
- Identify and define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage dependencies between streams within projects and/or across other dependent projects, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Manage budgets for multiple projects, ensuring financial discipline and adherence to approved funding.
- Proven track record of delivering IT applications projects, with experience in project scheduling, financial management, and RAID management.
- Experience working in immature Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Previous experience performing Scrum Master tasks, with a focus on facilitating team collaboration and productivity.
- Experience working with procurement and getting SOWs and other commercial arrangements in place, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, with a strong willingness to take direction from the Program Manager while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
