They will have a friendly and approachable demeanor, maintain impeccable personal presentation and be able to adapt and manage priorities to ensure seamless delivery of the tour.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure vessel safety management systems are adhered to at all times
- Maintain compliance with marine standards
- Operate the vessel in a safe and efficient manner
- Deliver comprehensive briefings to guests on safety procedures and tour details
- Assist with guest transfers and provide support to team members as required
- Contribute to training programs to enhance team capabilities and promote Journey Beyond standards
- Monitor and record vessel maintenance using the Helm system
- Comply with refuelling processes and associated procedures
- A current Master certificate issued by AMSA is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
