About the Role

This position is focused on case management of customers with the goal of finding them employment. The job involves working closely with customers to stabilise non-vocational issues and build vocational skills and experience.

The role requires undertaking reverse marketing of customers to suitable employers and running group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements for customers.

We are looking for a professional who has a genuine passion for recruitment and working with those in need, ability to meet individual targets and contribute to a strong team.

A strong focus will be placed on generating suitable vacancies and job referrals to place our customers into.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake reverse marketing of customers to suitable employers;
  • Run group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements for customers;
  • Assess, match and refer customers to appropriate job opportunities and advocate directly to employers;
  • Meet individual targets and contribute to a strong team;
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a passion and drive for helping people find employment;
  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships with a diverse range of customers, employers and staff;
  • Hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or willingness to obtain;
  • Have experience in Employment Services or a related Service industry.
