We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Lending Specialist to join our team. This role involves acting as the face of the bank, providing exceptional service to customers, and empowering them to achieve their financial goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the branch team in achieving sales, service, and operational outcomes
  • Assist customers with lending enquiries, including data entry, document preparation, ordering valuations, and credit checks
  • Manage complex customer needs and enquiries
  • Cash handling and management, including accurately processing transactions and balancing
  • Make outbound calls to new and prospective customers

Requirements:

  • To be passionate about customer service and banking
  • Previous lending experience in Credit Cards and Personal Loans, ideally in a face-to-face environment
  • Cash handling experience
  • A successful background in cross-selling products in a financial institution
  • A customer-first attitude and experience to match
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to learn new systems and technologies
