About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a 16-month contract with the potential to extend. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive membership, and promote events.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Assist in planning, creating, and implementing marketing strategies to engage our target audience and achieve business objectives.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Venue Presentation and Website Content: Ensure that all marketing materials reflect current events, entertainment, promotions, and brand messaging across various channels.
  • Budget and KPIs: Manage allocated budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute campaigns, as well as collaborate with external vendors and partners to secure promotional collaborations and sponsorships.
  • Industry Trends and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign results.

You Will Need:

  • Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or club industry.
  • Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline is highly regarded.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Initiative and capacity to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and social media tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Hospitality Knowledge: Knowledge of hospitality and event marketing trends is a plus.
