Academic Tutor Position

We are a specialised education centre that offers personalised learning models delivered by experienced tutors. Our mission is to deliver consistent success for students.

We are looking for tutors to join our team. You will undergo training with our head tutors and be supported by your own close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching weekly personalised 1v1 or 1v2 lessons to cater to individual students' strengths and weaknesses
  • Planning student progression and improvement trajectory
  • Working closely with other tutors towards shared goals
  • Reporting to team leaders and managers

Requirements:

  • A university student who has recently completed high school in NSW
  • Punctuality, flexibility and organisation - able to prioritise and manage a schedule
  • A confident demeanour who can understand students' specific needs and communicate effectively
  • The ability to empathise with students and explain complex ideas in a digestible fashion
