Compassionate Home Care Specialist on the Gold Coast

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Specialist to join our KinCare team on the Gold Coast. As a permanent part-time employee, you will have guaranteed hours and shifts in Burleigh Heads, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Your day will be filled with providing domestic assistance, helping customers with meal preparation and shopping, and offering social support and access to lifestyle activities. You will also provide respite and emotional support, as well as social support and transport to appointments. In addition, you will provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.

What We're Looking ForWe require a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is an essential part of this role. You should be comfortable working independently, finding solutions to everyday problems, and knowing when to ask for help. A positive attitude and ability to adapt to changing situations are also essential. We commit to responding to every applicant and will send you a link to a short online assessment from Vervoe to give you a glimpse into a typical day in the life of our Home Care Specialist. Prior to joining our team, we require a National Police Check, functional assessment, and evidence of covid vaccination.
Benefits and PerksThis is a part-time role with guaranteed hours and shifts in Burleigh Heads. The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. As a KinCare employee, you will receive:
