We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day activities of our venue. This role will suit someone with strong leadership skills looking for their next challenge.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year's experience in a similar environment, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of food, beverage and hospitality management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Leading a team of staff members to achieve exceptional customer experiences.
  • Managing inventory, supplies and resources effectively.
  • Developing strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food, beverage and hospitality management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with team members.
  • Current RSA accreditation required.
