Role Overview

We're seeking enthusiastic sales professionals to join our team for the Back to School period.

As a sales assistant, you'll be part of an energetic team passionate about footwear, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers find their perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Full availability from Mid-November to Mid-February – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
