We are seeking a seasoned and successful leader to join our team at RAAF Base Tindal, NT.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic 'hands-on' professional who can guide and support a strong food and beverage team to achieve excellence in service standards.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the ongoing training and rosters of staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will also co-ordinate the monthly bar & beverage stocktake, complete reports accurately & submit as per the end of month time schedule/calendar issued.

In addition, you will control, monitor & complete weekly rosters, in conjunction with F&B Staff ensure these rosters fall within budgetary constraint & contractual requirements.

Another key responsibility will be to attend & conduct regular pre-starts.

You will input all meal pass data into actual/forecast spreadsheet in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
