Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Australia/New Zealand. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth in the coating additives market.

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionIn this critical role, you will:
- Understand customers' commercial and technical needs in the appointed region
- Fulfill customers' needs through budgeted resources of local organization
- Develop ideas for customer-specific local strategies and implementation
- Work with existing distributors and search for potential customers in the region
- Generate, evaluate, and report market and competitive information to ensure competitive advantage
- Provide high-quality data input to ensure proper market and account management
- Analyze market development and potentials, propose ideas for improving own market position, and exploit opportunities
- Identify, set up, and support manage or control offensive and defensive regional growth initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in coating additives
- Proven track record of developing and executing winning go-to-market strategies
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders and ability to lead regional sales projects and campaigns
