Sales Representative

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team.

• You will work closely with our key clients & customers in Temora and surrounding areas to deliver sales of agricultural products with a focus on quality, value, and service.
• You will support the wider team and play a vital role in achieving business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sales growth across categories such as Crop Protection, Seed, Animal Health & Nutrition, Animal Management, Fencing, Water Equipment, and General Merchandise.
• Providing quality service and promoting a wide range of products that offer solutions for clients.
• Working with suppliers, coordinating on-farm deliveries, meeting financial objectives, and maintaining store safety, quality, presentation, and merchandising standards.
• Inventory management including stocktakes.

• A passion for Australian agriculture and experience in rural merchandise sales (preferred).
• Good knowledge of winter dryland cropping & livestock enterprises.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills, with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Sound computing skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to develop positive customer relationships.
• A valid Driver's license; HR license is desirable (or willingness to obtain).
• Forklift license is advantageous or willingness to obtain.
