Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Planning team as a Trainee Merchandise Planner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves numbers and wants to contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience through a career in Planning.

About the Role:
  • Develop your planning skills and competencies over a two-year development program
  • Manage a smaller category portfolio and undertake structured development and on-the-job training
  • Learn how to influence and inform strategic and tactical outcomes, analyze business opportunities and challenges, and create process change and optimization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Competency in Excel and MS Office tools
  • Tertiary qualified
  • Confidence and skills to develop technical capability in Planning systems
  • Prior retail experience with merchandise or inventory and passion for merchandise planning highly regarded
