We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Specialist to support our IT enhancement project, focusing on delivering critical enhancements to Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and associated NMI Services Portal as part of our digital strategy.

\About the Project\
  • Map existing data holdings, inputs, and dependencies impacted by the project.\
  • Investigate and recommend optimisation of the use of data holdings for the different streams of the project.\
  • Deliver insights that inform business decisions and drive growth.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.\
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
\Key Responsibilities\
  • This is a 10-month non-ongoing position filled specifically for this project. Extension or ongoing conversion may be considered upon completion of the project.\
  • Demonstrated experience as a Data Architect in public sector settings, preferably within agencies with regulatory compliance responsibilities.\
  • A working understanding of data security controls required by our department.\
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail, including negotiation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
