Job Summary:

This is a supervisory role that oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. As a Despatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering customer service.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills, experience in managing teams, and excellent problem-solving abilities. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to prepare reports using intermediate Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and lead a team to achieve high standards of performance and customer satisfaction
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  4. Prepare reports and present data to stakeholders
  5. Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills and ability to prepare reports
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
