Primary School Outside Hours Care Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Assistant Coordinator in our Outside School Hours Care service at Pimpama State School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing high-quality care to our primary-age children.
]Responsibilities
- Co-manage a team of Educators, providing support and leadership opportunities
- Develop and facilitate engaging child-centered programs, including STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school community, and parents
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including roster management and administration
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for an individual who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- A strong passion for working with children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals
- A relevant qualification to work with children in OSHC per ACECQA or willingness to obtain one
