As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the store's financial targets and company key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity by achieving key performance indicators.
  • Support the Manager in ensuring the team understands business objectives and commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower the team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.

Requirements:
  • Possess a passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
  • Support the Manager in managing team performance, productivity, training, and development.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
