About the Role:

This Digital Product Development Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development of our digital products, including mobile apps, websites, and other digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our business strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features and functionalities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product launches

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of leading digital product development teams and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You will also have a strong understanding of digital product development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, and experience working with cloud-based technologies. Additionally, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
