Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity to join our Finance team as a Procurement Administrator.
You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth processes and top-notch service, providing procurement and office administrative services to internal and external stakeholders.
The role includes delivering value for members, building long-lasting strategic relationships, and enhancing knowledge of procurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the procurement team with reporting and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Deliver continuous data reviews and identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Proactively manage the procurement inbox and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide general advice to stakeholders about overall services provided and resolving issues.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with business and administration processes and systems.
- Experience in procurement or a related field, with a commercial mindset.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
