Job Overview

As a leader of a team, you will play a crucial role in leading your team and ensuring every customer leaves with the best possible experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for supporting and leading the team in all aspects of the business.
  • You will lead by example, coaching and developing your team to succeed.
  • You will drive service, sales, merchandising & more.
  • You will take ownership of product management within each department.
  • You will drive sales to increase revenue - take your store to the next level.
Key Requirements
  • You have experience in a leadership role within a large-format retail environment.
  • You are able to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 team members.
  • You have an ability to understand sales trends, top sellers, key performers.
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You have experience managing high stock volume.
  • You have passion for the outdoors (highly desirable).
  • You hold First Aid certification or willingness to get trained at our expense.
  • You must have Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends.
