Store Director

As a Store Manager at Myer, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results. You will set the direction for your store team, building specific store strategies in alignment with company-wide strategies to achieve retail metrics.

• Guide and evaluate the execution of store strategies, adapting as needed to local requirements to meet the needs of customers and drive financial performance
• Maximise customer insights and trends to create vision and strategy to delight customers through in-store experiences and signature services
• Actively drive a high-performance, customer-focused, service, and selling culture in alignment to Myer values
• Lead, empower, coach, and develop your leadership team to build organisational capability
• Inspire your team to embrace and adapt to new ways of operating through effective communication and role modelling
• Ensure the alignment of business structure and commitment of resources to enable execution of strategies and successfully develop the performance of the store leadership team

• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering strong financial results in a fast-paced retail environment
