We are seeking a professional to champion our brand and drive marketing strategy.

This role involves working with the marketing manager to increase patient awareness, community engagement, and referrals. The successful candidate will be passionate about marketing and dental health, have excellent communication skills, and engage with the community in meaningful ways.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in executing the marketing strategy
  • Develop and drive a community engagement strategy: Actively seek partnerships and promotional opportunities with local schools, childcare centres, and community groups
  • Create engaging content for social media, and interact with patients to generate leads and referrals
  • Manage internal and external community promotions from concept to completion

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Technical marketing and content creation skills such as content editing tools, Social Media, Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator), MailChimp, Canva, video editing programs and IT skills
  • Professional skills such as strong organisational and planning capacity, excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to work on multiple projects at once, attention to detail, self-motivated and confident, an eagerness to learn and grow, be a good team player, the ability to follow instructions and take initiative
  • Marketing qualification, or equivalent experience; Blue Card, or willing to obtain
