About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Casual Merchandiser to support our local grocery stores by providing exceptional merchandising services. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality results, and we offer full training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing grocery stores in the designated area with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Accurate and consistent reporting via mobile app, ensuring seamless communication with our team
  • Product Management involves maintaining accurate stock levels, positioning products optimally, and effective ticketing strategies
  • Executing tasks, building eye-catching displays, and erecting point-of-sale materials that drive sales
  • Negotiating off-location opportunities to expand our reach and impact
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel, fostering trust and open communication
  • Communicating upcoming promotional activities to drive interest and excitement among customers
Requirements:
  • Able to work over 18 years old and hold full Australian working rights
  • Possess a current State Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle for efficient travel
  • Available to work shifts minimum of 10-15 hours per week between Wednesday-Thursday, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Physically fit, with the ability to bend and lift as required
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse people, from colleagues to customers
