Endpoint Security Expert Wanted

A seasoned professional in endpoint security is needed to take on a challenging role that involves deploying, managing, and optimizing enterprise endpoint protection platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Deployment and Administration: Lead the deployment of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), McAfee Endpoint Security (ENS), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), and Application Whitelisting (AWL).
  • Agent Infrastructure Management: Manage agent infrastructure, policy enforcement, and automation using SCCM, Intune, and Ansible, while ensuring alignment with key compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, and PCI-DSS.
Requirements
  • Expertise: 5+ years of experience in endpoint security and infrastructure management.
  • Hands-on Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, McAfee ePO, ENS/EDR, and AWL.
  • Policy and Configuration Management: Strong knowledge of Intune, SCCM, and Anscheil for policy and configuration management.
  • Security Controls: Experience implementing security controls aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS.
  • Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, YAML, and scripting for automation.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate or Endpoint Administrator Associate.
  • Specialized Knowledge: McAfee Certified Product Specialist (ePO, ENS, EDR, AWL).
  • Industry Recognition: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar.
  • Additional Skills: Experience with Linux endpoint protection and cross-platform agent deployment. Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and endpoint hardening best practices.

This is a 6-month contract with high possible extensions.
