Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop personalized care plans and interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications to promote independence.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and teams to set and achieve goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in aged care or community settings.
  • Strong clinical skills, empathy, and teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of NDIS and My Aged Care is a plus.
  • Possess or willing to obtain a National Police Check and NDIS worker screening.
