At Frontline Health Brisbane, we're on the hunt for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team dedicated to aged care and disability support. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape your career in a brand-new role created just for our expanding clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop personalized care plans and interventions to enhance patient outcomes.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications to promote independence.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and teams to set and achieve goals.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in aged care or community settings.
- Strong clinical skills, empathy, and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of NDIS and My Aged Care is a plus.
- Possess or willing to obtain a National Police Check and NDIS worker screening.
