Piping Specialist Wanted

We seek a skilled Piping Technician to join our team in Commercial Industry maintenance and asset lifecycle replacement project works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake planned maintenance, changeover and replacement project works across multiple facilities in Adelaide and Rural Areas.
  • Urgent, routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on client's premises and equipment as directed.
  • Work autonomously or in a team environment for large or small project works.
  • Record Job Safety Analysis prior to task commencement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and staff to ensure service disruptions are managed effectively.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators including response times, safety, compliance and financial performance of assigned job numbers.
About You

You will be a self-motivated individual able to work in a team and independently with an ability to maintain tools and equipment, plant items and hired assets. Your role may involve assisting other trades within the team.

  • Trade Qualification / minimum 2 years' maintenance experience – Gasfitting licence, Type A appliances, water supply and domestic hot water.
  • Maintenance experience in Rinnai instantaneous hot water systems, Rotex units, Zip hot water systems and pump systems is essential.
  • Roofing/Guttering registration, Backflow registration, Air Conditioning Licence and EWP Licence are desirable.
  • Experience in fault finding and diagnosis, Construction Card, Australian Police Clearance Check and Working with children's check are necessary.
  • Australian Driver's Licence and OH&S, Risk Management, Environmental Management or Quality Assurance systems knowledge are required.
  • Ability to work in Maximum-Security correctional facilities.
