Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with daily tasks, including eating, social activities, and mobility
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure care plans are implemented and residents' health and wellbeing are optimized
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe and inclusive environment
  • Provide exceptional service to families and the community
Requirements
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) and a passion for delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
