  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence
  • Develop high-quality planning cycles, curriculum, and link to the National Quality Framework
  • Support your team in the development of documentation on children's learning
  • Create and maintain a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment

Requirements:
- Diploma qualified
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum, and linking to the National Quality Framework
- Valid First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
