As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children, and contributing to the development of our centre's programs and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and review of centre policies and procedures, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver professional development opportunities that enhance teaching practices and promote continuous learning
  • Monitor and report on children's progress, and contribute to the development of individual learning plans
